PHENERGAN Injection (promethazine hydrochloride injection, USP), is a sterile, pyrogen-free solution for deep intramuscular or intravenous administration. PHENERGAN Injection should not be used in pediatric patients less than 2 years of age because of the potential for fatal respiratory depression.
