Milligan, Ph.D. and Dr. James Huttner, M.D., Ph.D. Dr. Milligan and Dr. Huttner met at the Medical College of Ohio (now The University of Toledo Medical Center) when Dr. Milligan was teaching Radiation Therapy and Dr. Huttner, who was completing his pediatric residency at the time, took a rotation in the department. A friendship developed along withrna couple of unique product ideas.
